Once the full scope of work is defined, we’ll provide a detailed estimated cost of construction to help you make informed decisions from the start.
Once the estimate is accepted, whether through our design-build services or your own provided plans, we proceed with a pre-construction agreement. At this stage, a $2,500 deposit initiates the detailed budgeting process, a two- to three-week phase during which we finalize the budget to closely reflect actual project costs. This deposit signals the start of our formal collaboration and ensures we’re fully aligned with your goals before construction begins.
We prioritize accuracy in every project by submitting your finalized plans and specifications to our trusted network of material suppliers and subcontractors. Depending on the specifics of your remodel, this involves collecting proposals from 20 to 30 different vendors. While time-consuming, this method ensures our cost estimates are precise, minimizing unexpected expenses later on.
